Charity Ticket Requests

Storyhouse is a registered charity and not for profit. The tickets that we can offer for free are to provide opportunities for groups, families, and individuals who would otherwise be unable to attend, to experience the magic of theatre. We do this through funded projects and an extensive community and school partnership scheme.

We have a limited allocation of ticket vouchers available, to provide as raffle prizes for our Christmas production, and for our Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre performances and cinema screenings in summer (subject to availability).

  • Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre and Cinema vouchers are available to request from May, for events in July and August.
  • Christmas show vouchers are available to request from September, for shows in December.

We are only able to offer tickets as raffle prizes to support fundraising for grassroots / local charitable services – with priority given to underserved areas,  community sports clubs and schools in the Cheshire West and Chester local authority district.

We are unable to support:

  • charitable events that have a cost to attend
  • prizes for individuals as an award / recognition / incentive
  • individual fundraising activities for personal causes
  • fundraising for large national charities.

We are unable to offer prizes to support charitable events that have a cost to attend, individual fundraising activities for personal causes or fundraising for large national charities.
Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre vouchers are available to request from May, for shows in July and August. Christmas show vouchers are available to request from September, for shows in December. Please note when tickets are available from, as requests cannot be accommodated outside of these dates.
