How To: Update your payment details in your Storyhouse account

Step 1. You will need to login to your account. If you have not logged into the new website before, you will need to reset your password. You can do this by clicking ‘forgotten password’, and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Step 2. Once logged in, go to ‘Payment Cards’.

Step 3. Click ‘Add Card’ and input the details of the card you’d like to use to pay for your monthly £4 Membership.

Step 4. You’re done! You will continue to get access to your Members discounts and benefits after Monday 28 August.
